David Smith
Retail and Contracts Manager
David has over 18 years of experience in the bus industry, beginning his career as a driver with Konectbus. While at university, he completed a placement with one of the Go-Ahead Group’s other companies, Brighton & Hove, where he gained comprehensive experience across various departments, deepening his understanding of the operations within a bus company.
Since 2013, David has been working in the Go East Anglia office, where he is responsible for managing contracts, ticketing, data analysis, and technical systems.
In his free time, David enjoys travelling, cycling, and reading.
